益氣健脾方對(duì)脾氣虛證模型大鼠心肌細(xì)胞線(xiàn)粒體呼吸鏈酶復(fù)合物活性的影響

【摘要】:目的探究益氣健脾方對(duì)脾氣虛證模型大鼠心肌細(xì)胞線(xiàn)粒體呼吸鏈酶復(fù)合物活性的影響。方法將30只SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為正常組、模型組、治療組,每組10只,對(duì)3組大鼠進(jìn)行分籠飼養(yǎng)。模型組和治療組大鼠采取飲食干預(yù)聯(lián)合極限游泳法進(jìn)行脾氣虛造模,于實(shí)驗(yàn)第15天對(duì)3組大鼠的體質(zhì)量、肛溫、食量、飲水量及脾氣虛癥狀積分進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng)。造模成功后,正常組和模型組采用常規(guī)飼養(yǎng)方式聯(lián)合生理鹽水灌胃,治療組采用常規(guī)飼養(yǎng)方式聯(lián)合益氣健脾中藥湯劑灌胃,時(shí)間為8周。之后分別取3組大鼠的心肌線(xiàn)粒體,測(cè)定心肌組織線(xiàn)粒體呼吸鏈酶復(fù)合物活性。結(jié)果模型組大鼠的線(xiàn)粒體呼吸鏈酶復(fù)合物Ⅱ和復(fù)合物Ⅳ活性明顯低于正常組(P0.05);治療組大鼠的線(xiàn)粒體呼吸鏈酶復(fù)合物Ⅱ和復(fù)合物Ⅳ活性與模型組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論脾氣虛能夠造成心肌細(xì)胞線(xiàn)粒體發(fā)生突變和缺失,導(dǎo)致呼吸鏈酶復(fù)合物活性下降,益氣健脾中藥能夠調(diào)節(jié)心肌組織線(xiàn)粒體呼吸鏈酶復(fù)合物Ⅱ和復(fù)合物Ⅳ活性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Yiqi Jianpi recipe on the activity of mitochondrial respiratory chain enzyme complex in cardiac myocytes of rats with deficiency of qi. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and treatment group. The rats in the model group and the treatment group were treated with diet intervention combined with limited swimming method to make models of spleen qi deficiency. On the 15th day of the experiment, the body weight, anus temperature, food quantity, drinking water and the integral score of spleen qi deficiency symptom of the three groups were measured. After the model was successfully made, the normal and model groups were fed with normal feeding method combined with normal saline, and the treatment group were treated with routine feeding method combined with Yiqi Jianpi traditional Chinese medicine decoction for 8 weeks.
