【摘要】：目的觀察害嗜鱗螨休眠體形態(tài)特征,豐富螨的生物學(xué)分類依據(jù)。方法 2016年9月于淮南某中藥店采集燕麥樣本10份,每份取10 g,用振篩分離法分離其中的螨,并分離出螨休眠體,制成常規(guī)玻片標(biāo)本,置于光鏡下觀察其形態(tài)并鑒定。結(jié)果光鏡下發(fā)現(xiàn)了害嗜鱗螨的第一若螨和休眠休。發(fā)現(xiàn)的害嗜鱗螨休眠體為不活動(dòng)休眠體,呈無(wú)色卵圓形,背面有一條明顯的橫縫,無(wú)口器,足不發(fā)達(dá),有2對(duì)生殖感覺(jué)器。結(jié)論觀察到的害嗜鱗螨休眠體形態(tài)特征,可為該螨的生物學(xué)分類和防控提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the morphological characteristics of dormant mites and enrich the biological classification of mites. Methods A total of 10 oats samples were collected from a Chinese medicine store in Huainan in September 2016. The mites were isolated by vibrating sieve method. The dormant bodies of mites were isolated and made into routine glass slides. The oats were observed and identified under light microscope. Results the first mites and dormant mites were found under light microscope. The dormancy of the mites was found to be an inactive dormant with a colorless oval shape, an obvious transverse slit on the back, no mouthpiece, underdeveloped foot, and 2 pairs of reproductive sensory organs. Conclusion the observed morphological characteristics of dormant mites can provide scientific basis for the biological classification and control of the mites.
