【摘要】：梅毒是由蒼白密螺旋體引起的慢性、全身性疾病。由于梅毒螺旋體體外培養(yǎng)困難,很大程度上限制了對于梅毒致病機制、實驗室診斷及治療等方面的研究。隨著梅毒螺旋體基因組序列解析、基因重組技術及免疫學發(fā)展,使梅毒螺旋體的研究取得一定進展。對于梅毒螺旋體脂蛋白、膜蛋白的研究層出不窮,但對于抗氧化相關蛋白的闡述仍較少,抗氧化相關蛋白對于明確梅毒致病機制及早期診斷梅毒均有一定意義,故現(xiàn)對編碼抗氧化蛋白基因及其編碼產(chǎn)物的研究進展作一簡要闡述。
[Abstract]:Syphilis is a chronic, systemic disease caused by Treponema pallidum. Due to the difficulty of in vitro culture of Treponema pallidum, the research on pathogenesis, laboratory diagnosis and treatment of syphilis is limited to a great extent. With the development of Treponema pallidum genome sequence analysis, gene recombination and immunology, the research of Treponema pallidum has made some progress. For Treponema pallidum lipoprotein, membrane proteins have been studied in endlessly, but there are few explanations on antioxidation-related proteins. Antioxidant proteins are of significance to clarify the pathogenesis of syphilis and early diagnosis of syphilis. Therefore, the research progress of encoding antioxidant protein gene and its encoding products is briefly reviewed.
