復雜性狀遺傳CC小鼠與精準醫(yī)學研究

【摘要】:生物組學技術在生物學、醫(yī)學上的轉化應用,為精準的個體化預防、診斷、治療提供了關鍵性的技術體系,精準醫(yī)學模式應運而生。實驗動物學研究是疾病發(fā)病機制研究轉化到臨床不可或缺的手段。為應對目前嚴重危害人類疾病的復雜性、多樣性特點,2002年國際復雜性狀聯(lián)盟(Complex Trait Consortium,CTC)倡議研發(fā)建立新的小鼠遺傳資源庫;通過不同純系小鼠品系間的雜交創(chuàng)建小鼠復雜性狀遺傳資源庫(Collaborative Cross mice,CC小鼠)。隨著原始親本小鼠(founder)選定、雜交品系的繁殖,CC小鼠在檢測小鼠表型、疾病易感性、疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展及預后與遺傳因素的關系方面進行了系列的嘗試。文中將就CC小鼠在疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展及藥物評價個體化研究中的應用做一簡要介紹。
[Abstract]:The transformation and application of biometrics in biology and medicine provide a key technical system for precise individualized prevention, diagnosis and treatment, and the model of precision medicine emerges as the times require. Experimental zoology is an indispensable means for the study of the pathogenesis of disease into clinical practice. In order to deal with the complexity and diversity of human diseases, the International Union of complex traits (Complex Trait Consortium,CTC) initiated the development of a new mouse genetic resource bank in 2002. Mouse complex genetic resource library (Collaborative Cross mice,CC mice) was created by hybridization among different strains of pure mice. With the selection of the original parent (founder) and the reproduction of the hybrid strain, CC mice made a series of attempts in detecting the phenotype, disease susceptibility, disease occurrence and development, prognosis and genetic factors of the mice. This paper will briefly introduce the application of CC mice in the individualized study of disease development and drug evaluation.
