【摘要】：銅綠假單胞菌是一種院內(nèi)感染的常見(jiàn)致病菌,采用疫苗防治該菌是當(dāng)前研究的熱點(diǎn)之一。Opr F蛋白是一種有效的疫苗候選分子,本文綜述了Opr F蛋白疫苗、合成肽疫苗、DNA疫苗、多表位核酸疫苗、樹(shù)突狀細(xì)胞疫苗、重組Ad Z-Opr F疫苗以及重組Bb-Opr F疫苗的研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common pathogen of nosocomial infection. The application of vaccine to prevent and cure the bacteria is one of the hot spots in current research. Opr F protein is an effective vaccine candidate molecule. In this paper, Opr F protein vaccine, synthetic peptide vaccine and DNA vaccine are reviewed. Research progress of polyepitope nucleic acid vaccine, dendritic cell vaccine, recombinant Ad Z-Opr F vaccine and recombinant Bb-Opr F vaccine.
