高滲鹽水對免疫細(xì)胞調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:高滲鹽水是指濃度高于9 g/L的氯化鈉溶液,研究證實高滲鹽水用于失血性休克及腦外傷患者的有效性主要在于其擴(kuò)容作用及免疫調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。高滲鹽水的免疫調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)及其機(jī)制仍在探討階段,高滲鹽水的免疫調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)在顱腦損傷、腦出血和失血性休克等各種病理狀態(tài)的改善中發(fā)揮著重要作用,主要是通過調(diào)節(jié)單核細(xì)胞、中性粒細(xì)胞等免疫細(xì)胞及免疫活性物質(zhì)的分泌實現(xiàn)的。免疫調(diào)節(jié)的主要機(jī)制可能是高滲鹽水影響免疫細(xì)胞表面分子的表達(dá)和某些活性物質(zhì)的分泌。我們總結(jié)了高滲鹽水的免疫調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)及機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Hypertonic saline is a sodium chloride solution with a concentration of more than 9 g / L. The effect of hypertonic saline on hemorrhagic shock and brain injury is mainly due to its capacity expansion and immune regulation effect. The immunomodulatory effect of hypertonic saline and its mechanism are still in the study stage. The immunomodulatory effect of hypertonic saline plays an important role in the improvement of various pathological conditions such as craniocerebral injury, cerebral hemorrhage and hemorrhagic shock. It is mainly by regulating the secretion of immune cells such as monocytes, neutrophils and immunoreactive substances. The main mechanism of immunomodulation may be that hypertonic saline affects the expression of molecules on the surface of immune cells and the secretion of some active substances. We summarize the immunomodulatory effect and mechanism of hypertonic saline.
