【摘要】：目的探索銅綠假單胞菌致大鼠肺炎模型的制備方法,為后續(xù)研究奠定實(shí)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)。方法將Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠48只隨機(jī)分為4組:A對(duì)照組、B氣管注射組、C氣管插管感染組和D滴鼻感染組。適應(yīng)飼喂3 d后,分別給予不同造模干預(yù),分別于干預(yù)后5、10和15 d動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測各亞組大鼠體重、體溫、白細(xì)胞數(shù)、肺組織病理學(xué)變化等。結(jié)果各模型組大鼠行為學(xué)表現(xiàn)、體重、體溫、白細(xì)胞、肺組織炎癥病理學(xué)表現(xiàn)均與對(duì)照組差異有顯著性;(2)各模型組均證實(shí)為銅綠假單胞菌感染,對(duì)照組則陰性。結(jié)論經(jīng)滴鼻途徑以銅綠假單胞菌感染大鼠,可得到合格大鼠肺炎模型;此感染途徑可避免手術(shù)創(chuàng)口帶來的炎癥反應(yīng)干擾,簡便易行,可推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the preparation of rat pneumonia model induced by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods 48 Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group (n = 4), tracheal intubation group (n = 4) and group D nasal drip (n = 4). The rats were fed with different models for 3 days. The body weight, body temperature, white blood cell count, lung histopathological changes were dynamically monitored on the 10th and 15th days after the intervention. Results there were significant differences in behavior, body weight, body temperature, white blood cell, lung inflammation and pathology between each model group and control group. (2) Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection was found in all model groups, but negative in control group. Conclusion A qualified rat model of pneumonia can be obtained by infecting rats with Pseudomonas aeruginosa via nasal drip, which can avoid the interference of inflammatory reaction caused by surgical wound, be simple and can be popularized.
