【摘要】:正內(nèi)壁覆蓋著淋巴內(nèi)皮細胞(lymphatic endothelial cells,LECs)的淋巴管對生命健康至關重要。但是代謝在淋巴管發(fā)育過程中的作用仍然尚未被闡明。Wong等發(fā)現(xiàn),在LECs特異性缺失CPT1A(脂肪酸β-氧化的限速酶)的轉基因小鼠中,淋巴管的發(fā)育被抑制。脂肪酸β-氧化可為LECs的增殖提供能量,并參與LECs分化過程中淋巴管標志物表達的表觀遺傳調(diào)節(jié)。其中
[Abstract]:Lymphatic vessels covering the inner wall of lymphatic endothelial cells (lymphatic endothelial cells,LECs) are vital to life and health. However, the role of metabolism in the development of lymphatic vessels has not been elucidated. Wong et al found that the development of lymphatic vessels was inhibited in transgenic mice with LECs specific CPT1A (fatty acid 尾 -oxidation rate-limiting enzyme).
