【摘要】：細(xì)胞自噬是真核細(xì)胞一種進(jìn)化上保守,周轉(zhuǎn)細(xì)胞內(nèi)物質(zhì)的一個(gè)重要生理過(guò)程。細(xì)胞自噬既能清除胞質(zhì)內(nèi)異常的蛋白質(zhì)和細(xì)胞器,又能在特定條件下維持細(xì)胞的生存,具有廣泛的生理功能。造血干細(xì)胞是血液系統(tǒng)中一類能維持靜息狀態(tài)、自我更新和具有多向分化潛能的特殊細(xì)胞。近年來(lái)的研究不斷揭示細(xì)胞自噬在造血干細(xì)胞的特性維持和調(diào)節(jié)中發(fā)揮著重要作用�，F(xiàn)就細(xì)胞自噬在造血干細(xì)胞特性調(diào)節(jié)中的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行概述。
[Abstract]:Autophagy is an important physiological process of eukaryotic cells. Autophagy not only clears the abnormal proteins and organelles in the cytoplasm, but also maintains the survival of the cells under certain conditions, and has a wide range of physiological functions. Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) are special cells in the blood system which can maintain resting state, self-renewal and multi-differentiation potential. Recent studies have revealed that autophagy plays an important role in the maintenance and regulation of hematopoietic stem cells. In this paper, the current research status of autophagy in the regulation of hematopoietic stem cell characteristics is reviewed.
