細(xì)胞自噬對(duì)造血干細(xì)胞功能特性的調(diào)節(jié)
[Abstract]:Autophagy is an important physiological process of eukaryotic cells. Autophagy not only clears the abnormal proteins and organelles in the cytoplasm, but also maintains the survival of the cells under certain conditions, and has a wide range of physiological functions. Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) are special cells in the blood system which can maintain resting state, self-renewal and multi-differentiation potential. Recent studies have revealed that autophagy plays an important role in the maintenance and regulation of hematopoietic stem cells. In this paper, the current research status of autophagy in the regulation of hematopoietic stem cell characteristics is reviewed.
