人體腸道病毒組學(xué)研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:人體微生物組計(jì)劃開展近10年來,大量的研究顯示人體微生物通過各種方式深刻地影響著人體健康。人體腸道內(nèi)豐富多樣的病毒構(gòu)成了腸道病毒組,是人體微生物組的重要組成部分,和人體健康密切相關(guān)。本文綜述了近些年國際上人體腸道病毒組研究的最新進(jìn)展,分別從人體腸道病毒組的組成特征、腸道病毒組-細(xì)菌組-人體間的相互作用及其對人體健康的影響、病毒組研究的技術(shù)策略及挑戰(zhàn)等方面進(jìn)行了論述,探討了腸道病毒組在人體疾病預(yù)防和治療領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的可行性。
[Abstract]:In the past 10 years, a large number of studies have shown that human microbes have a profound impact on human health in various ways. The abundant and diverse viruses in the human gut constitute the enterovirus group, which is an important part of the microorganism group and is closely related to human health. In this paper, the recent advances in the study of human enterovirus group are reviewed, including the composition of human enterovirus group, the interaction between enterovirus-bacteria group and human body, and their effects on human health. The technical strategies and challenges of virus group research are discussed, and the feasibility of the application of enterovirus group in the field of human disease prevention and treatment is discussed.
