CIN85在細胞生理病理活動中作用的研究進展

【摘要】:CIN85是信號接頭蛋白家族中的一員,與細胞的各種生理及病理活動相關。CIN85通過其氨基端代表性的SH3結構域與其他蛋白質相互作用,參與控制某些特定細胞的信號轉導;參與細胞內吞及囊泡運輸,并與其他多種蛋白相互作用介導受體酪氨酸激酶的信號傳導;通過不同方式促進惡性腫瘤的發(fā)生及癌細胞的遷移、侵襲,并參與其他細胞凋亡過程。因CIN85主要通過N端SH3結構域與其他蛋白相互作用而發(fā)揮功能,所以SH3結構域可能成為抗腫瘤治療最有潛力的靶點。
[Abstract]:CIN85 is a member of the signal junction protein family. CIN85 is involved in controlling the signal transduction of some specific cells by interacting with other proteins through its amino terminal representative SH3 domain. Participate in endocytosis and vesicle transport, and interact with other proteins to mediate the signal transduction of receptor tyrosine kinase; promote the occurrence of malignant tumor, migration and invasion of cancer cells in different ways, and participate in the process of apoptosis of other cells. Because CIN85 functions mainly through the interaction between N-terminal SH3 domain and other proteins, SH3 domain may become the most potential target for antitumor therapy.
