云南省居民區(qū)室內小型獸類體表蚤類與宿主關系研究

【摘要】:目的分析云南省居民區(qū)室內蚤類及其宿主動物的關系。方法 2009-2013年,在云南省5個不同動物地理小區(qū)內43個縣(市、區(qū))的山地及壩區(qū)居民區(qū)室內,采用籠夜法捕獲鼠形動物,并收集體表寄生蚤。利用Levins生態(tài)位寬度和Shannon-Wiener多樣性指數公式,測定動物地理小區(qū)蚤類的宿主生態(tài)位和蚤類及其宿主的多樣性指數。結果共采獲蚤類5科11屬13種1 925匹,宿主動物3目5科10屬14種1 582只。在13種蚤中,絨鼠怪蚤、野韌棒蚤、貓櫛首蚤、不等單蚤和緩慢細蚤的寄主生態(tài)位寬度較高,分別為0.252 5、0.252 5、0.252 3、0.214 5和0.202 3。14種宿主動物中,寄生蚤多樣性指數以大足鼠最高(1.517 9),其次為小家鼠(1.352 2)和褐家鼠(1.116 6)。各動物地理小區(qū)居民區(qū)室內蚤類多樣性為:Ⅰ.橫斷山中部小區(qū)Ⅴ.滇南山地小區(qū)Ⅲ.滇東高原小區(qū)Ⅱ.橫斷山南部小區(qū)Ⅳ.滇西高原小區(qū);宿主動物多樣性指數為ⅠⅢⅤⅡⅣ。結論蚤類多樣性與宿主動物多樣性、豐富度和密度的關系不密切;蚤類的寄主生態(tài)位寬度能一定程度反映蚤類成蟲對宿主動物選擇的特異性關系。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between indoor fleas and their host animals in residential areas of Yunnan Province. Methods from 2009 to 2013, rodent animals were captured and parasitic fleas were collected by cage night method in mountainous and dam residential areas of 43 counties (cities, districts) in 5 different zoogeographic areas of Yunnan Province. Using Levins niche width and Shannon-Wiener diversity index formula, the host niche and diversity index of fleas and their hosts in zoogeographic plots were determined. Results A total of 1 925 fleas belonging to 11 genera and 5 families were collected, and 1 582 species and 14 species belonging to 10 genera and 3 orders of host animals were collected. Among the 13 species of fleas, the host niche widths of the three species were higher, which were 0.252 50.2520.2520.2520.2125, and 0.202 3.14 host animals, respectively, of the 13 species of fleas, Ctenopsylla tenuifolia, Ctenophora tenuiformis, Diopsylla unequalis and Daphnia slowus, respectively.
