真武湯對(duì)2型心腎綜合征模型大鼠心臟和腎臟的保護(hù)作用

【摘要】:目的:探討真武湯對(duì)2型心腎綜合征大鼠心臟和腎臟的保護(hù)作用。方法:通過結(jié)扎左冠狀動(dòng)脈前降支聯(lián)合腎大部分切除手術(shù)構(gòu)建2型心腎綜合征大鼠模型。32只SD大鼠隨機(jī)分成真武湯低、中、高濃度干預(yù)組和對(duì)照組。干預(yù)組分別給予不同生藥量的真武湯灌胃,對(duì)照組給予等劑量蒸餾水灌胃。干預(yù)結(jié)束后比較大鼠的生化指標(biāo)、心臟超聲檢測和免疫組化結(jié)果。結(jié)果:高濃度組血尿素氮、血肌酐較對(duì)照組明顯降低,尿硫酸吲哚酚較對(duì)照組明顯升高,且高濃度組血尿素氮較低濃度組明顯降低(P0.05)。中濃度組血尿素氮、血肌酐較對(duì)照組明顯降低(P0.05)。低、中、高濃度組左室后壁(收縮期)、心排量、每搏輸出量較對(duì)照組明顯增加(P0.05)。另外高濃度組較對(duì)照組左室內(nèi)徑(舒張)和左室容積(收縮)明顯增加(P0.05)。Masson染色、CollagenⅠ免疫熒光染色、TGF-β免疫熒光染色均表明低、中、高濃度組的心臟和腎臟組織纖維化較對(duì)照組減輕。結(jié)論:真武湯對(duì)2型心腎綜合征大鼠心臟和腎臟具有一定的保護(hù)作用。該作用可能通過增加尿毒素排出和減輕組織纖維化來實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the protective effect of Zhenwu Decoction on heart and kidney of type 2 heart kidney syndrome in rats. Methods: by ligating the anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery and the most nephrectomy of the kidney, the rat model of type 2.32 rats was randomly divided into the low, middle, high concentration dry preconditioning group and the control group. The intervention group was given different drugs. After the intervention, the biochemical indexes of the rats, the echocardiography and the immunohistochemical results were compared. Results: the blood urea nitrogen and the serum creatinine in the high concentration group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the urine indolol sulfate was significantly higher than the control group, and the low concentration group of blood urea nitrogen in the high concentration group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The blood urea nitrogen and blood creatinine in the medium concentration group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). The left ventricular posterior wall (systole) and cardiac output were significantly increased (P0.05) in the low, middle and high concentration group, and the left ventricular diameter (diastolic) and left ventricular volume (P0.05) in the high concentration group were significantly increased (P0.05).Masson staining (P0.05), Collagen I immunofluorescence staining, TGF- beta immunofluorescence staining showed that the heart and renal tissue fibrosis in the middle and high concentration groups were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: Zhenwu decoction has a certain protective effect on the heart and kidney of type 2 heart kidney syndrome rats. This effect may be achieved by increasing the excretion of urein and reducing tissue fibrosis.
