【摘要】：目的比較青藤外敷散原料藥鹽酸青藤堿在家兔膝關(guān)節(jié)經(jīng)穴與非經(jīng)穴部位的皮膚滲透性。方法取家兔膝關(guān)節(jié)足三里、梁丘、非經(jīng)穴(膝部)部位皮膚,應(yīng)用Franz透皮擴散儀模擬體內(nèi)環(huán)境,進行鹽酸青藤堿體外釋放試驗。UPLC法測定該成分含有量,計算其累計透過量,繪制時間-釋放百分比曲線圖。結(jié)果經(jīng)穴部位足三里、梁丘皮膚的累計滲透量和釋放率均顯著高于非經(jīng)穴部位(P0.01),足三里與梁丘之間無顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論青藤外敷散在穴位貼敷給藥的過程中,經(jīng)穴部分比非經(jīng)穴部分有更好的藥物滲透性。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the skin permeability of Sinomenine Hydrochloride (Sinomenine Hydrochloride) in rabbit knee joint meridian and non-meridian points. Methods the skin of Zusanli, Liangqiu and non-meridian (knee) of the knee joint of rabbits were taken. The in vivo environment was simulated by Franz transdermal diffuser, and the content of sinomenine hydrochloride in vitro release test. Draw time-release percentage curves. Results the cumulative osmotic capacity and release rate of Liangqiu skin were significantly higher than those of non-meridian points (P0.01), but there was no significant difference between Zusanli and Liangqiu (P0.05). Conclusion in the course of acupoint application, the drug permeability of the acupoint is better than that of the non-meridian.
