VEG株弓形蟲卵囊對(duì)昆明小鼠的毒力研究

【摘要】:目的探究VEG株弓形蟲卵囊對(duì)中國(guó)昆明小鼠的致病性。方法分別選擇1個(gè),100個(gè)~108個(gè)的VEG株弓形蟲卵囊灌胃昆明小鼠,采用MAT、HE和IHC方法研究小鼠對(duì)弓形蟲的感染情況,并分析小鼠感染率,生存率及其大腦內(nèi)的弓形蟲包囊數(shù)量。結(jié)果≥10~2個(gè)VEG株弓形蟲卵囊可引起小鼠100%感染,最低致死劑量為10~2個(gè)卵囊,100%致死劑量為108個(gè)卵囊,急性期死亡時(shí)間為7DPI~14DPI,弓形蟲的成囊率是32.14%(9/28),包囊數(shù)量為9~857個(gè)/只小鼠大腦,感染小鼠生存率為67.44%(29/43),最長(zhǎng)存活時(shí)間≥390DPI。結(jié)論 VEG株弓形蟲卵囊對(duì)昆明小鼠的毒力中等,包囊形成率較高。
