蕪湖市某高校學生宿舍床席螨類和昆蟲孳生狀況調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的了解蕪湖市某高校大學生宿舍儲存狀態(tài)下的床席螨類和昆蟲孳生情況,為加強對學生宿舍螨類及相關疾病的控制和宣傳教育提供理論依據(jù)。方法 2015年3-5月,采用隨機抽樣的調(diào)查方法,收集學生宿舍內(nèi)不同儲存位置、儲存方式的床席屑灰樣本,鏡下分離、制成玻片標本,并進行螨種鑒定和計數(shù)。采用溫水浸泡、暴曬床席和清掃室內(nèi)積塵等干預措施,比較干預前后宿舍床席螨類和昆蟲檢出情況。結果共收集樣本428份,螨類和昆蟲檢出率為71.03%。共分離鑒定螨和昆蟲11種,其中粉塵螨檢出率最高,為60.05%;其次為嗜卷書虱,檢出率為40.89%;致癢螨類主要有馬六甲肉食螨、蠊螨和蒲螨等,其檢出率分別為9.81%、3.74%和1.64%。存放于室內(nèi)角落、衣柜內(nèi)、床鋪最底層、陽臺角落4種儲存位置的床席螨類和昆蟲檢出率分別為74.75%、71.26%、61.17%、77.78%,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=7.030,P0.05)。無包裹、布袋包裹和塑料袋包裹3種儲存方式的床席螨類和昆蟲檢出率依次為85.58%、78.13%、14.29%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=164.303,P0.05)。采取干預措施后,螨類和昆蟲檢出率及螨類平均孳生密度均顯著下降,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=45.615,t=3.203,P均0.05)。結論該高校學生宿舍床席螨類和昆蟲檢出率高,以粉塵螨最為普遍;采用塑料袋封閉保存、溫水浸泡、暴曬床席、清掃房屋積塵等干預措施可抑制床席螨類和昆蟲的孳生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the breeding of bed mites and insects in a college dormitory in Wuhu, and to provide a theoretical basis for strengthening the control of mites and related diseases in students' dormitories. Methods A random sampling survey was carried out from March to May 2015 to collect bed mat dust samples from different storage locations and storage methods in students' dormitories. The samples were isolated under microscope and made into glass slides. The mites were identified and counted. Some intervention measures, such as soaking in warm water, drying bed mats and cleaning indoor dust, were used to compare the detection of bed mites and insects in dormitory before and after intervention. Results 428 samples were collected. The detection rate of mites and insects was 71. 03%. Eleven species of mites and insects were isolated and identified, among which dust mite was the highest (60.05), the next was booklice (40.89), and itching mites were mainly meat-eating mites of Malacca, cockroach mites and mites of Puccineles, with the detection rates of 9.81% and 1.64%, respectively. The positive rates of bed mites and insects were 74.75 and 71.261.26and 77.78, respectively, in the corner of room, wardrobe, bed bottom and balcony corner. The difference was not statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (2) ~ (7.030) P _ (0.05). The detectable rate of bed mites and insects in three storage methods without wrapping, cloth bag and plastic bag was 85.58 and 78.13 respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 2 ~ (2) 164.303). After intervention, the detection rate of mites and insects and the average breeding density of mites decreased significantly (蠂 2 + 45.615) and the average breeding density of mites decreased significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion the detection rate of bed mites and insects in students' dormitories in this university is high, the dust mites are the most common, and some intervention measures, such as sealed preservation of plastic bags, soaking in warm water, sunning bed mats and cleaning house dust, can inhibit the breeding of bed mites and insects.
