【摘要】:正一碗沙拉里不僅含有維生素和礦物質(zhì),還含有植物激素。近日,科學(xué)家發(fā)現(xiàn)人類(lèi)腸道微生物和細(xì)胞可能會(huì)對(duì)這些植物激素產(chǎn)生反應(yīng),甚至產(chǎn)生相似的分子。在發(fā)表于《植物科學(xué)趨勢(shì)》雜志的文章中,法國(guó)研究人員探討了植物激素對(duì)人類(lèi)健康的影響。"我們知道腸道微生物群與人類(lèi)疾病息息相關(guān),這些生物可以合成植物激素影響人類(lèi),因此從植物角度觀察動(dòng)物微生物的反應(yīng)非常有價(jià)值。"該研究負(fù)責(zé)人、法國(guó)國(guó)家科研中心的Benoít Lacombe說(shuō)。
