兩種冠狀動脈結扎法制作大鼠急性心肌梗死模型的比較

【摘要】:目的:比較兩種制作大鼠急性心肌梗死模型的冠狀動脈結扎法,推薦一種穩(wěn)定性高、生存率高的模型制作方法。方法:將40只SD大鼠按照隨機數字法分為兩組:常規(guī)組和改進組,比較兩組的手術時間、生存率,術后24h測量兩組大鼠心肌梗死面積,危險區(qū)面積以危險區(qū)占左室面積的百分比(Ar/LV)表示,心肌梗死面積用梗死區(qū)占危險區(qū)面積的百分比(An/Ar)表示,比較兩組Ar/LV和An/Ar。結果:術后3h改進組和常規(guī)組的存活率分別為90%和60%,二者比較無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05);術后24h改進組大鼠的存活率為85%,常規(guī)組為45%,兩組間有顯著的統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05);常規(guī)組Ar/LV和An/Ar分別為51.4%±2.5%和52.5%±2.4%,改進組Ar/LV和An/Ar分別為51.5%±2.3%和52.5%±2.2%,兩組間均無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05);常規(guī)組的操作時間明顯長于改進組,為(627.9±16.0)s對(253.9±12.7)s(P0.01)。結論:改進的模型制作方法提高了大鼠生存率,縮短了手術時間,具有顯著優(yōu)越性,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Aim: to compare the two methods of coronary artery ligation (CAL) in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) rats. Methods: forty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups: routine group and improved group. The operation time, survival rate and myocardial infarction area were measured 24 hours after operation. The area of risk area was expressed as the percentage of risk area to left ventricular area (Ar-LV), and the area of myocardial infarction was expressed as the percentage of infarcted area to risk area (An/Ar). Results: the survival rates of the improved group and the routine group were 90% and 60%, respectively (P0.05), the survival rate of the improved group was 85% at 24 hours after operation, and that of the routine group was 45% (P0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). And An/Ar were 51.4% 鹵2.5% and 52.5% 鹵2.4% respectively. The Ar-LV and An/Ar of the improved group were 51.5% 鹵2.3% and 52.5% 鹵2.2%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05), the operation time of the routine group was significantly longer than that of the improved group. It was (627.9 鹵16.0) s pair (253.9 鹵12.7) s (P0.01). Conclusion: the improved model making method can improve the survival rate and shorten the operation time of rats. It has obvious advantages and is worth popularizing.
