烏賊墨汁黑色素對鏈脲佐菌素誘導的糖尿病模型小鼠糖脂代謝的調(diào)節(jié)作用

【摘要】:為了研究烏賊墨汁黑色素(Sepia ink melanin,SIM)對糖尿病模型小鼠糖脂代謝的調(diào)節(jié)作用,采用腹腔注射鏈脲佐菌素(STZ)誘導糖尿病小鼠模型,隨機分為4組即正常組,模型組和烏賊墨汁黑色素組(120,480 mg/kg),每組10只,其中正常組和模型組灌胃等量的生理鹽水。實驗期間測定小鼠空腹血糖值,進食、進水量,體重變化量,葡萄糖耐受性;連續(xù)給藥4周后,分別檢測小鼠空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血紅蛋白(Hb A1c)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、空腹血清胰島素(INS)及胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(HOMA-IR),血脂相關(guān)指標。結(jié)果表明,與模型組相比,烏賊墨汁黑色素組可明顯改善糖尿病模型小鼠的糖代謝水平,促進胰島素的分泌,血脂相關(guān)指標顯著下降,且作用強度與黑色素濃度呈正相關(guān)。綜合分析可見,烏賊墨黑色素可以通過控制糖尿病模型小鼠血糖濃度和胰島素抵抗途徑,抑制血脂代謝異常,起到改善糖尿病相關(guān)指標的作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of Sepia ink melanin on glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic mice, streptozotocin (STZ) was injected intraperitoneally to induce diabetic mice. Model group and squid ink melanin group (120480 mg/kg), 10 rats in each group, normal group and model group were given the same amount of normal saline. During the experiment, fasting blood glucose, food intake, water intake, body weight change, glucose tolerance were measured. Fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), glycosylated serum protein (GSP), fasting serum insulin (ins) and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) were measured respectively. The results showed that compared with the model group, the squid ink melanin group could obviously improve the level of glucose metabolism, promote the secretion of insulin and decrease the serum lipids in diabetic mice, and the intensity of action was positively correlated with the concentration of melanin. The comprehensive analysis shows that the squid melanin can inhibit the abnormal metabolism of blood lipids by controlling the blood glucose concentration and insulin resistance in diabetic model mice and can improve the related indexes of diabetes mellitus.
