4h運(yùn)輸應(yīng)激對(duì)比格犬血液指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:目的研究運(yùn)輸應(yīng)激對(duì)比格犬血常規(guī)和血液臨床生化指標(biāo)造成的影響,評(píng)估5 d適應(yīng)性飼養(yǎng)時(shí)間的合理性。方法以6只比格犬作為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,采用自身配對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),分別在運(yùn)輸前、卸車后和適應(yīng)性喂養(yǎng)1 d、2 d、3 d、4 d、5 d后同期采集比格犬后肢靜脈血進(jìn)行血常規(guī)、生化指標(biāo)檢測(cè),并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 1運(yùn)輸后0 h比格犬的WBC、LYM#、MON#高于運(yùn)輸前(t=-2.880、-3.599、-3.468,P0.05),MON%高于運(yùn)輸前(t=-5.674,P0.01),適應(yīng)性飼養(yǎng)1 d后GRA#高于運(yùn)輸前(t=-3.118,P0.05),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。2運(yùn)輸后0 h比格犬的TP、ALB、CREA、GLOB低于運(yùn)輸前(t=6.823、5.371、7.214、5.123,P0.01),AMY、GLU、UA、CHOL低于運(yùn)輸前(t=2.810、-4.074、3.233、3.656,P0.05),適應(yīng)性飼養(yǎng)2 d后ALT低于運(yùn)輸前(t=4.382,P0.01),適應(yīng)性飼養(yǎng)1 d、2 d、3 d后AST低于運(yùn)輸前(t=7.022、20.604、5.643,P0.01),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論運(yùn)輸應(yīng)激明顯影響了比格犬的血液指標(biāo),適應(yīng)性飼養(yǎng)可以促進(jìn)其恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of transport stress on blood routine and clinical biochemical indexes in Beagle dogs and to evaluate the rationality of adaptive feeding time for 5 days. Methods six Beagle dogs were used as experimental subjects. The venous blood of hind limbs of Beagle dogs were collected at the same time before transport, after unloading, and after 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days and 5 days, respectively. The blood routine and biochemical indexes were detected. The data are analyzed. Results 1Two h after transport, the GRA# of BCG #MON# was higher than that of pre-transport (t-2.880- 3.599- 3.468p0.05), and the percentage of GRA# was higher than that of pre-transport (t-5.674P0.01). The difference was statistically significant. 2 the TPALBCREAE GLOB of Beagle was lower than that before transport (t6.8235.3717.2145.123P0.01), and the GRA# was higher than that before transport (t-3.118p0.05). The difference was statistically significant (t6.8235.3717.2145145123P0.01). The difference was statistically significant. 2. The TPALBCREAE GLOB of Beagle dogs 0 h after transport was lower than that before transportation (t6.8235.3717.2144.123P0.01). The levels of alt were significantly lower after 2 days of adaptive feeding than those before transport (t = 4.382, P0.01), and AST was lower than that before transport for 1 day and 2 days after adaptation (t = 7.022, 20.6045.643P0.01, respectively), and there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Transport stress has a significant effect on the blood index of Beagle dog, and adaptive feeding can promote its recovery.
