【摘要】：建立大鼠心肌梗死模型,探討碎裂QRS波在大鼠心肌梗死模型中的價(jià)值。40只大鼠分為假手術(shù)組和心梗組,兩組大鼠均在相同條件下進(jìn)行手術(shù),心梗組開(kāi)胸并結(jié)扎大鼠冠狀動(dòng)脈前降支建立心肌梗死模型,假手術(shù)組只穿線(xiàn)不接扎。記錄結(jié)扎(或穿線(xiàn))10 min和60 min及術(shù)后4周大鼠心電圖并分析碎裂QRS波及Q波變化規(guī)律。術(shù)后4周留取心肌梗死區(qū)組織標(biāo)本,進(jìn)行HE染色。與假手術(shù)組相比,心梗組大鼠在10、60 min及術(shù)后4周出現(xiàn)碎裂QRS波次數(shù)明顯增多(P0.01)。HE染色顯示,心梗組部分心肌細(xì)胞排列紊亂,出現(xiàn)空泡變性。通過(guò)建立大鼠心肌梗死模型顯示,碎裂QRS波可作為急性心肌梗死和陳舊性心梗診斷及預(yù)測(cè)疾病嚴(yán)重程度的新指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:To investigate the value of broken QRS wave in rat myocardial infarction model. Forty rats were divided into sham operation group and myocardial infarction group. The two groups were operated on under the same conditions. Myocardial infarction model was established in myocardial infarction group after thoracotomy and ligation of anterior descending coronary artery. The electrocardiogram (ECG) of 10 min and 60 min ligation (or suture) and 4 weeks after operation were recorded and the changes of fragmentation QRS and Q wave were analyzed. Tissue samples of myocardial infarction area were taken 4 weeks after operation and stained with HE. Compared with the sham-operated group, the number of broken QRS waves in myocardial infarction group increased significantly at 1060 min and 4 weeks after operation. The results of P0.01and HE staining showed that some myocardial cells in myocardial infarction group were disarranged and vacuolar degeneration occurred. A rat model of myocardial infarction showed that the broken QRS wave could be used as a new index to diagnose and predict the severity of acute myocardial infarction and old myocardial infarction.
