皺瘤海鞘甲醇提取物對(duì)埃及伊蚊的生物活性作用

【摘要】:為了研究海鞘不同部位的甲醇提取物對(duì)埃及伊蚊的生物活性作用,試驗(yàn)采用浸液法測(cè)定了海鞘的鞘囊及內(nèi)臟團(tuán)甲醇提取物對(duì)埃及伊蚊幼蟲、卵的毒殺活性。結(jié)果表明:海鞘的醇提取物對(duì)埃及伊蚊的孵化率影響并不明顯,海鞘的鞘囊及內(nèi)臟團(tuán)甲醇提取物對(duì)埃及伊蚊幼蟲作用12 h的半數(shù)致死濃度(LC50)分別為20.511 mg/m L、5.142 mg/m L,作用24 h的LC50分別為15.939 mg/m L、3.400 mg/m L。說明海鞘的鞘囊及內(nèi)臟團(tuán)甲醇提取物對(duì)埃及伊蚊幼蟲均具有殺蚊活性,其中內(nèi)臟團(tuán)甲醇提取物驅(qū)蚊活性較好。
[Abstract]:In order to study the bioactivity of methanol extract from different parts of sea - sheath on aegypti aegypti , the toxicity and killing activity of methanol extract of sea - sheath were determined by immersion method . The results showed that the effect of alcohol extract of ascidian was 20.511 mg / ml and 5.142 mg / ml , respectively . The LC _ ( 50 ) was 15.939 mg / ml and 3.400 mg / ml , respectively .
