【摘要】：目的探討骨肉瘤動(dòng)物模型荷瘤成功率的關(guān)鍵因素。方法 24只4~8周齡C3h小鼠,其中C3h/He J型6只、C3h/He N型18只,隨機(jī)分為2組。A組采用一般脫毛膏脫毛后外側(cè)腋下注射濃度為5×10~7個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí)/m L的LM8細(xì)胞懸液0.2 m L;B組采用動(dòng)物剃毛器剃毛后外側(cè)腋下皮下注射濃度為5×10~7個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí)/m L的LM8細(xì)胞懸液0.2 m L后每日給于注射處局部按摩,并分別記錄腫瘤生長(zhǎng)情況。結(jié)果 A組成瘤率33%(4/12);B組成瘤率100%。結(jié)論不同的注射技巧對(duì)LM8的荷瘤過(guò)程及后期護(hù)理對(duì)成瘤率具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the key factors of success rate of osteosarcoma animal model. Methods 24 C3h mice aged 4 weeks and 8 weeks old were included in this study. Among them, 6 of C3h/He J type were C3h / He-N type, 18 of them were C3h / He-N type. Group A was randomly divided into 2 groups. Group A was injected with 5 脳 10 ~ 7 orders of magnitude / mL of LM8 cell suspension at the lateral axillary level of 5 脳 10 ~ 7 orders of magnitude / mL in group A. Group B was given 5 脳 10 ~ 7 orders of magnitude subaxillary injection with animal shaving device. 0.2ml of LM8 cell suspensions were given to local massage at the injection site daily. Tumor growth was recorded. Results the tumor rate of A was 33% and the tumor rate of B was 100%. Conclusion different injection techniques are of great significance to tumor bearing process and later stage nursing of LM8.
