【摘要】：髓系細(xì)胞觸發(fā)受體(Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells,TREMs)是一類隸屬于免疫球蛋白超家族的細(xì)胞表面受體,在介導(dǎo)各種細(xì)胞反應(yīng)中都扮演著重要的角色。近幾年,關(guān)于TREM-1在參與各種疾病相關(guān)炎癥中的作用,尤其是可溶性TREM-1的研究有了很多進(jìn)展,本文就TREM-1的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Myeloid cell trigger receptor (triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells) is a class of cell surface receptors belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily, which plays an important role in mediating various cellular reactions. In recent years, much progress has been made on the role of TREM-1 in the pathogenesis of various disease-related inflammation, especially in soluble TREM-1. This paper reviews the literature on TREM-1.
