【摘要】:正Slc26a9是新近發(fā)現(xiàn)的多功能陰離子轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)家族中的一員,主要表達(dá)在肺~([1])和胃~([2])的黏膜上皮細(xì)胞上,通過不同的生理學(xué)功能模式參與調(diào)節(jié)氯離子(Cl~-)和碳酸氫根離子(HCO_3~-)的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。目前,已有的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)Slc26a9在不同器官中有著不同的生理功能,并與某些疾病的發(fā)生關(guān)系密切,但其在消化道中研究較少。本文就Slc26a基因家族的分類情況,Slc26a9在不同組織器官中的表達(dá)和可能的功能模式,在消化系統(tǒng)中的表達(dá)
[Abstract]:Positive Slc26a9 is a member of the newly discovered multifunctional anion transport family, mainly expressed in the mucosal epithelial cells of lung tissue ([1]) and stomach ([2]). It is involved in the regulation of the transport of chloride ion (Cl-C) and bicarbonate ion (HCOS3) through different physiological functional models. At present, it has been found that Slc26a9 has different physiological functions in different organs and is closely related to the occurrence of some diseases, but it is less studied in the digestive tract. According to the classification of Slc26a gene family, the expression of Slc26a9 in different tissues and organs and its possible functional patterns, and its expression in digestive system are reviewed in this paper.
