初始角速度對(duì)小球在流動(dòng)腔中運(yùn)動(dòng)影響的初步研究

【摘要】:本文基于流固耦合理論,采用C++程序調(diào)用Fluent軟件和Ansys軟件,模擬了有初始角速度230°/s的單個(gè)細(xì)胞在流動(dòng)腔中的運(yùn)動(dòng),分析了細(xì)胞受到初始角速度、流體作用力和重力的作用下在流動(dòng)腔中的位移、轉(zhuǎn)角及細(xì)胞的變形。論文主要研究了 1、假設(shè)計(jì)算時(shí)間步、自適應(yīng)時(shí)間步及收斂步數(shù)之間的關(guān)系。本文計(jì)算中假設(shè)迭代步數(shù)為100步,以保證每個(gè)時(shí)間步的計(jì)算迭代均收斂,本文的計(jì)算時(shí)間步假設(shè)為5e-4s自適應(yīng)時(shí)間步。 2、由于X方向初始角速度230°/s的影響,計(jì)算初始時(shí)間段內(nèi)對(duì)X方向轉(zhuǎn)角和Y方向位移引起一個(gè)振蕩,影響時(shí)間范圍不大,但是對(duì)X方向和Z方向的位移影響很小。 3、由于X方向初始角速度230°/s的影響,細(xì)胞在流動(dòng)腔底部跳躍的現(xiàn)象沒有改變,但是對(duì)跳躍的周期有影響,細(xì)胞跳躍周期時(shí)間更長(zhǎng)。 4、細(xì)胞在流動(dòng)腔底部發(fā)生跳躍現(xiàn)象后,初始轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)角速度對(duì)Y方向位移有影響,對(duì)X方向和Z方向位移影響很小;初始轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)角速度對(duì)X方向、Y方向和Z方向的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)角度影響很大。
[Abstract]:Based on the fluid-solid coupling theory, the motion of a single cell with an initial angular velocity of 230 擄/ s in the flow chamber is simulated by using C program to call Fluent and Ansys software, and the initial angular velocity of the cell is analyzed. Displacement, rotation angle and cell deformation in the fluid chamber under the action of fluid force and gravity. The paper mainly studies 1. Suppose the relationship among time step, adaptive time step and convergence step is calculated. In this paper, the number of iteration steps is assumed to be 100 steps to ensure the convergence of each iteration. The computational time step in this paper is assumed to be 5e-4s adaptive time step. 2. Because of the influence of the initial angular velocity of 230 擄/ s in the X direction, the oscillation of the rotation angle and the displacement in the Y direction in the initial time period is induced, but the influence range is not large, but the displacement in the X direction and Z direction is not affected very much. 3. Due to the influence of the initial angular velocity of 230 擄/ s in the X direction, the phenomenon of cell jumping at the bottom of the flow chamber is not changed, but it has an effect on the jump cycle, and the time of the cell jump cycle is longer. 4After the cell jumps at the bottom of the flow chamber, the initial rotational angular velocity has an effect on the Y direction displacement, but has little effect on the X direction and Z direction displacement, and the initial rotation angular velocity has a great effect on the X direction Y direction and Z direction rotation angle.
