【摘要】：為了研究鉬對(duì)白消安致小鼠不孕不育癥模型繁殖障礙的影響,通過單次腹腔注射30 mg/kg白消安構(gòu)建昆明白小鼠不孕不育癥模型。將不孕不育癥的雄鼠和雌鼠隨機(jī)各分為4組,雄鼠飲用水中鉬質(zhì)量濃度為0 mg/L、12.5 mg/L、25.0 mg/L和50.0 mg/L,雌鼠飲用水中鉬質(zhì)量濃度為0 mg/L、2.5 mg/L、5.0 mg/L和10.0 mg/L。飲鉬后第1~4周剖取雄鼠睪丸、附睪及雌鼠卵巢,計(jì)算附睪及卵巢系數(shù),同時(shí)對(duì)睪丸及卵巢切片用蘇木精-伊紅(HE)染色法染色。研究結(jié)果表明:雄鼠12.5 mg/L鉬組的睪丸形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)恢復(fù)速度較快,附睪系數(shù)顯著提高,各級(jí)精原細(xì)胞的層數(shù)增多,排列緊密有序;雌鼠2.5 mg/L鉬組的卵巢形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)恢復(fù)較好,卵巢內(nèi)率先出現(xiàn)卵母細(xì)胞。鉬在適宜劑量12.5 mg/L(雄鼠)或2.5 mg/L(雌鼠)時(shí),對(duì)不孕不育小鼠睪丸或卵巢功能有明顯恢復(fù)作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of molybdenum on reproductive disorder of mice with sterility induced by Baixiaan, Kunming white mice infertility model was established by single intraperitoneal injection of Baixiaan for 30 mg/kg. Male and female rats with infertility were randomly divided into 4 groups. The molybdenum concentration in drinking water of male rats was 0 mg / L, 12.5 mg / L, 25.0 mg/L and 50.0 mg / L, respectively, and the concentration of molybdenum in drinking water of female rats was 0 mg / L, 2.5 mg / L, 5.0 mg/L and 10.0 mg / L, respectively. The testis, epididymis and ovaries of male and female rats were dissected 4 weeks after molybdenum drinking. The coefficients of epididymis and ovary were calculated, and the testis and ovary sections were stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HEH) staining. The results showed that the recovery rate of testis morphology and structure was faster, the epididymis coefficient was significantly increased, the layers of spermatogonial cells were increased and arranged closely in the 12.5 mg/L molybdenum group of male rats, and the morphological structure of ovary recovered better in 2.5 mg/L molybdenum group. Oocytes are the first to appear in the ovary. Molybdenum at the appropriate dose of 12.5 mg / L (male) or 2.5 mg / L (female) could significantly restore testicular or ovarian function in infertile mice.
