寨卡病毒包膜prM-E蛋白的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能分析

【摘要】:包膜蛋白prM-E是黃病毒的主要結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白,含有許多病毒的表面抗原,與病毒的致病力和宿主嗜性有關(guān),但目前對(duì)寨卡病毒的prM-E蛋白研究很少,作者利用生物信息學(xué)方法對(duì)寨卡病毒的E蛋白進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),重點(diǎn)闡述了prM-E蛋白在黃病毒形成病毒樣顆粒過程中的應(yīng)用,并對(duì)寨卡病毒病毒樣顆粒的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Envelope protein prM-E is the main structural protein of yellow virus, and contains many surface antigens of the virus, which is related to the virulence of the virus and the host tropism. However, there is little research on the prM-E protein of Zika virus at present. The authors used bioinformatics to predict the E protein of Zika virus. The application of prM-E protein in the process of yellow virus forming virus-like particles was discussed, and the application of Zika virus-like particles was prospected.
