【摘要】：動物模型是中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。與單純的疾病模型或證候模型相比,病證結(jié)合動物模型更為合理和完善,更能體現(xiàn)中醫(yī)病證的特點(diǎn),且更符合臨床實(shí)際。然而目前的病證結(jié)合動物模型存在著諸如造模因素混雜、脫離臨床、癥狀采集及評價方式不完善、客觀指標(biāo)與證候缺乏微觀聯(lián)系、以方測證存在方法學(xué)重要缺陷等問題,還需要不斷的改進(jìn)和完善。
[Abstract]:Animal model is the basis of the development of traditional Chinese medicine. Compared with the simple disease model or syndrome model, the animal model of combination of disease and syndrome is more reasonable and perfect, which can better reflect the characteristics of TCM disease and syndrome, and more in line with the clinical practice. However, there are some problems in the current animal model, such as mixed model factors, isolation from clinical practice, imperfect methods of symptom collection and evaluation, lack of microcosmic connection between objective indexes and syndromes, and important defects in methodology. There is also a need for continuous improvement and improvement.
