【摘要】：發(fā)育源性成人疾病是在"成人疾病的胎兒起源"這一假說(shuō)的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展而來(lái),表明胎兒宮內(nèi)環(huán)境、新生兒、兒童期乃至人類(lèi)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的各個(gè)階段所處的環(huán)境都會(huì)對(duì)成人疾病產(chǎn)生影響,其生物學(xué)基礎(chǔ)有發(fā)育的可塑性及"追趕生長(zhǎng)"、基因機(jī)制、激素的編程等。發(fā)育源性成人疾病包括心血管疾病、2型糖尿病、多囊卵巢綜合征、炎癥性和免疫性疾病等非感染性慢性疾病。本文就發(fā)育源性成人疾病的假說(shuō)、生物學(xué)基礎(chǔ)、可能的疾病類(lèi)型及其發(fā)育源性的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行闡述。
[Abstract]:The development of developmental adult disease is based on the hypothesis that "fetal origin of adult disease" suggests that the fetal environment, the newborn, The environment of childhood and all stages of human growth and development has an effect on adult disease. Its biological basis is developmental plasticity and "catch-up growth", gene mechanism, hormone programming and so on. Adult developmental diseases include cardiovascular disease type 2 diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, inflammatory and immune diseases and other non-infectious chronic diseases. In this paper, the hypothesis, biological basis, possible disease types and related studies of developmental adult diseases are reviewed.
