【摘要】：目的:比較微紅纖恙螨和地里纖恙螨這兩種近緣螨種的形態(tài)學(xué)差異。方法:從已經(jīng)鑒定確認(rèn)的微紅纖恙螨和地里纖恙螨的幼蟲標(biāo)本中,選擇結(jié)構(gòu)清晰的100只標(biāo)本,在顯微鏡下觀察和測量其形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)比分析兩種近緣恙螨的形態(tài)學(xué)差異。所比較的兩種恙螨的幼蟲標(biāo)本均采自黃胸鼠體表。結(jié)果:微紅纖恙螨的背板近似正方形且SBAP,地里纖恙螨的背板近似長方形且SBAP,兩者間差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。地里纖恙螨的SD、SB值范圍較寬,其SD、SD寬/長、SB、PSB、PW/AP、PW均值都略大于微紅纖恙螨(P0.05)。結(jié)論:兩種恙螨形態(tài)差別很小,微紅纖恙螨的SBAP,地里纖恙螨的SBAP,以此可鑒別這兩種近緣螨種。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the morphological differences between two related species of mites, chigger mites and chigger mites. Methods: from the larval specimens of microchigger mites and chigger mites, 100 specimens with clear structure were selected, and their morphological structure was observed and measured under microscope, and the morphological differences between the two species were compared and analyzed. The larval specimens of the two species of chigger mites were collected from the surface of the yellow thorax mouse. Results: the back plate of chigger mites was similar to square and SBAP, and the backplate of chigger mites was similar to rectangle and SBAP.The difference between them was statistically significant (P 0.01). The range of SDN SB of chigger mites was wider, and the average of SDS-SD wide / long SBPSBPWP / APPW was slightly larger than that of P0.05m of chigger mites. Conclusion: the morphological differences between the two species of chigger mites are very small. The SBAPs of the two species of chigger mites and the SBAPs of chigger mites in the field can be distinguished from those of the two species of related mites.
