血管支架物理力學(xué)性能實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:近年來隨著血管支架用量的逐年增加,人們越來越關(guān)注其在使用過程中的安全性和有效性問題,物理力學(xué)性能是保證使用有效性以及決定臨床使用效果的關(guān)鍵因素。但目前物理力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)的檢測以各個(gè)廠家的自定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為主,實(shí)驗(yàn)方法的差異造成了產(chǎn)品間對比的困難性,因此在統(tǒng)一實(shí)驗(yàn)方法的基礎(chǔ)上對支架的性能進(jìn)行研究具有重要的理論價(jià)值。 本文以血管支架的物理力學(xué)性能為研究對象,在相同實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下對血管支架進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究和性能比對研究: 通過對血管支架的物理力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行綜合分析,選擇支架的徑向力學(xué)性能和耐疲勞性能進(jìn)行研究,分析得出關(guān)鍵性的影響因素,為后續(xù)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究建立理論基礎(chǔ)。平行選擇了相同適應(yīng)癥、相同公稱內(nèi)徑的球囊擴(kuò)張式支架,以及不同用途的自膨式支架作為研究對象,進(jìn)行了徑向力學(xué)性能的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,研究結(jié)果表明:統(tǒng)一的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法有利于血管支架間性能的比較,但對血管支架優(yōu)劣的比較,則應(yīng)考慮各個(gè)因素的綜合影響;實(shí)際血管支架間的個(gè)體差異性和復(fù)雜性,決定了對支架成品進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究的必要性并應(yīng)建立相應(yīng)的評價(jià)體系。對血管支架耐疲勞性能實(shí)驗(yàn)的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行了測試分析,并對疲勞實(shí)驗(yàn)后血管支架的徑向力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,簡化了疲勞實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中參數(shù)測試的步驟,結(jié)論表明疲勞實(shí)驗(yàn)顯著降低了血管支架的徑向力學(xué)性能,提出應(yīng)建立疲勞實(shí)驗(yàn)后的評價(jià)體系。 本課題的研究將相同產(chǎn)品、相同實(shí)驗(yàn)條件的觀念引入目前的檢測理念,彌補(bǔ)了目前實(shí)際產(chǎn)品檢測數(shù)據(jù)的空白,并首次在相同冠脈支架間進(jìn)行了橫向?qū)Ρ?提出了血管支架評價(jià)方法的解決方案,為建立血管支架產(chǎn)品檢測評價(jià)體系奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing use of vascular stents, more and more attention has been paid to the safety and effectiveness of vascular stents. Physical and mechanical properties are the key factors to ensure the effectiveness and determine the clinical efficacy. But at present, the test of physical and mechanical properties is mainly based on the self-set standards of each manufacturer. The differences in experimental methods make it difficult to compare products. Therefore, it is of great theoretical value to study the performance of scaffolds on the basis of unified experimental methods. In this paper, the physical and mechanical properties of vascular stents are studied. Under the same experimental conditions, the experimental study and performance ratio study of vascular stents are carried out. Through the comprehensive analysis of the physical and mechanical properties of the vascular stent, the radial mechanical properties and fatigue resistance of the stent were studied, and the key influencing factors were obtained, which established the theoretical foundation for the subsequent experimental study. The radial mechanical properties of the balloon dilated stent with the same indication, the same nominal inner diameter, and the self-expanding stent with different uses were studied in parallel. The results show that the unified experimental method is beneficial to the comparison of the performance of vascular stents, but the comprehensive effects of various factors should be taken into account in comparing the advantages and disadvantages of vascular stents, and the individual differences and complexity among the actual vascular stents, The necessity of experimental study on the finished scaffold is determined and the corresponding evaluation system should be established. The key parameters of the fatigue resistance test of vascular stent are tested and analyzed, and the radial mechanical properties of the vascular stent after fatigue test are studied, which simplifies the steps of parameter testing in the fatigue experiment. The results show that fatigue test can significantly reduce the radial mechanical properties of vascular stent, and the evaluation system should be established after fatigue test. In this paper, the concept of the same product and the same experimental condition is introduced into the present testing idea, which makes up the blank of the actual product test data, and makes the horizontal contrast between the same coronary stent for the first time. The solution of vascular stent evaluation method was put forward, which laid a foundation for the establishment of vascular stent product evaluation system.
