【摘要】：在諸多針對(duì)精神情緒類(lèi)疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制研究中,5-羥色胺(5-HT)能系統(tǒng)受到了最廣泛的研究和認(rèn)可,且有研究認(rèn)為雌激素可通過(guò)5-HT能系統(tǒng)間接對(duì)情緒產(chǎn)生影響,這為深化情緒調(diào)控作用機(jī)制的認(rèn)識(shí)提供了可能。本文就近年來(lái)5-HT能系統(tǒng)在情緒調(diào)控中的作用和雌激素及其受體對(duì)5-HT能系統(tǒng)的影響做一個(gè)綜述。發(fā)現(xiàn)目前學(xué)者對(duì)關(guān)于中樞5-HT神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)對(duì)情緒的調(diào)控作用和雌激素及其受體對(duì)中樞5-HT神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的影響已進(jìn)行了較多的研究,但是直接針對(duì)雌激素及其受體介導(dǎo)的5-HT能系統(tǒng)在情緒調(diào)控中的作用的研究還較少,加強(qiáng)此方面的研究,找到更多的直接證據(jù)將有助于人們深化對(duì)情緒調(diào)控的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The serotonin 5-HT system has been widely studied and recognized in many studies on the pathogenesis of mental and emotional disorders, and some studies suggest that estrogen can indirectly affect emotion through the 5-HT energy system. This provides the possibility for deepening the understanding of the mechanism of emotion regulation. This paper reviews the role of 5-HT energy system in emotional regulation and the effects of estrogen and its receptors on 5-HT energy system in recent years. It was found that many researches have been done on the regulation of the central 5-HT nervous system on emotion and on the effects of estrogen and its receptors on the central 5-HT nervous system. However, there are few studies on the role of estrogen and its receptor mediated 5-HT system in emotional regulation. To strengthen the research and find more direct evidence will help people to deepen the understanding of emotional regulation.
