【摘要】：腹膜粘連是腹部外科手術(shù)術(shù)后的常見(jiàn)并發(fā)癥,可導(dǎo)致腸梗阻、慢性盆腹腔疼痛、不孕等,并可增加再入院率、再次手術(shù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。建立合適的腹膜粘連動(dòng)物模型對(duì)于研究腹膜粘連及其并發(fā)癥的發(fā)病機(jī)制、治療和預(yù)防等具有重要的作用。粘連模型動(dòng)物中以大鼠最為常用,根據(jù)腹膜粘連形成的不同因素,其造模的方式也多種多樣,但目前尚無(wú)任何一種造模方式及評(píng)價(jià)方法可代表所有情況。本文對(duì)目前大鼠腹膜粘連模型常用的造模方式、評(píng)價(jià)方法作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Peritoneal adhesion is a common complication after abdominal surgery, which can lead to intestinal obstruction, chronic pelvic and abdominal pain, infertility and so on. It can also increase the readmission rate, the risk and economic burden of reoperation. The establishment of a suitable animal model of peritoneal adhesion plays an important role in studying the pathogenesis, treatment and prevention of peritoneal adhesion and its complications. Rats are the most commonly used adhesions model, according to the different factors of peritoneal adhesion formation, the way of modeling is also varied, but there is no one model and evaluation method can represent all the conditions. In this paper, the methods and evaluation methods of rat peritoneal adhesion model are reviewed.
