【摘要】：[目的]測(cè)量新疆托里縣哈薩克族腰椎椎弓根形態(tài)及解剖學(xué)特點(diǎn),對(duì)比漢族與新疆哈薩克族腰椎椎弓根解剖學(xué)特征的差異,為哈薩克族腰椎疾患的手術(shù)技巧及手術(shù)器械的特異性選擇做有效的數(shù)據(jù)參考。[方法]在本院分別隨機(jī)抽取病房、門診患者及健康志愿者漢族60例(男30例,女30例)哈薩克族60例(男30例,女30例),年齡25~55歲。按照性別進(jìn)行分組,通過(guò)CT及三維重建技術(shù)測(cè)量L_(1~5)椎體的橫徑和矢狀徑。所有入選患者經(jīng)過(guò)詢問(wèn)病史排除先天性及遺傳性疾病,行X線檢查排除腰椎病理性改變。[結(jié)果]腰椎椎弓根矢狀徑與橫徑指標(biāo)男性組均大于女性組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。哈薩克族腰椎各徑線值明顯大于漢族(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]與漢族平均值相比,哈薩克族的腰椎椎弓根橫徑與矢狀徑值均明顯偏大;因此在目前的腰椎手術(shù)過(guò)程中,無(wú)論是手術(shù)方式的選擇還是內(nèi)固定器械的選擇都與漢族人有一定差別。
[Abstract]:[objective] to measure the morphology and anatomical characteristics of lumbar pedicle in Kazak nationality in Tori County, Xinjiang, and to compare the anatomical characteristics of lumbar pedicle between Han nationality and Xinjiang Kazak nationality. To provide an effective data reference for the surgical techniques and the specific selection of surgical instruments in Kazak patients with lumbar spine diseases. [methods] A total of 60 Kazakh (male 30, female 30) Kazakh patients (30 males and 30 females), aged 2555 years, were randomly selected from our hospital. The transverse and sagittal diameters were measured by CT and 3D reconstruction. All patients were examined for congenital and hereditary diseases, and X-ray examination was performed to exclude pathological changes of lumbar vertebrae. [results] the sagittal diameter and transverse diameter of lumbar pedicle were higher in male group than in female group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The values of lumbar vertebrae in Kazak were significantly higher than those in Han nationality (P 0.05). [conclusion] compared with the average of Han nationality, the transverse diameter and sagittal diameter of lumbar pedicle in Kazakh nationality are obviously larger than that of Han nationality, so in the present lumbar surgery, The choice of operation or internal fixation instrument is different from that of Han nationality.
