【摘要】：目的 :分析研究自噬小體的超微結(jié)構(gòu)。方法 :應(yīng)用透射電鏡技術(shù)整理分析本中心收到的用于自噬研究的細(xì)胞標(biāo)本,發(fā)現(xiàn)自噬小體的特征結(jié)構(gòu),并對細(xì)胞內(nèi)易與自噬小體混淆的其他細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:自噬小體具有雙層或多層膜的特征,并且其內(nèi)包含細(xì)胞器和胞漿成分,可以與細(xì)胞內(nèi)其他易于混淆的細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)相區(qū)分。結(jié)論:雙層或多層膜的球狀結(jié)構(gòu),內(nèi)含胞漿成分,如線粒體、內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)、核糖體等,是自噬小體的結(jié)構(gòu)特征。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the ultrastructure of autophagy. Methods: the characteristic structures of autophagy bodies were found by using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) technique, and other cell structures which were easily confused with autophagy were analyzed. Results: autophagy has the characteristics of bilayer or multilayer membrane and contains organelles and cytoplasm which can be distinguished from other cell structures which are easy to be confused in cells. Conclusion: the spherical structure of bilayer or multilayer membranes containing cytoplasmic components such as mitochondria endoplasmic reticulum ribosome and so on are the structural characteristics of autophagy.
