【摘要】：噬菌體是能感染細菌的病毒,在自然界中分布十分廣泛。隨著發(fā)酵工業(yè)中的噬菌體污染以及多藥耐藥菌株的出現(xiàn),噬菌體越來越受到關(guān)注。噬菌體感染細菌包括吸附、注入、復(fù)制、組裝、釋放等環(huán)節(jié);細菌在與噬菌體的共進化過程中,針對這些環(huán)節(jié)產(chǎn)生了不同的抗感染機制。該文圍繞抗吸附、超感染排斥、限制修飾系統(tǒng)、CRISPR系統(tǒng)、流產(chǎn)感染、組裝感染等細菌的噬菌體感染耐受機制研究進行了簡要綜述。
[Abstract]:Bacteriophages are viruses that infect bacteria and are widely distributed in nature. With the contamination of bacteriophages in fermentation industry and the emergence of multidrug resistant strains, bacteriophages have attracted more and more attention. Bacteriophage infection bacteria include adsorption, injection, replication, assembly, release, etc. In the process of co-evolution with bacteriophage, different anti-infection mechanisms are produced. In this paper, the mechanisms of bacteriophage infection tolerance of bacteria such as anti-adsorption, superinfection rejection, restriction modification system, abortion infection, assembly infection and so on are briefly reviewed.
