【摘要】：調(diào)查貴州苗族111例(男54例,女57例)耳垂、發(fā)旋、雙手嵌合、酒窩和慣用手5項遺傳性狀的基因頻率。在貴州苗族群體中耳垂的隱性基因頻率高于顯性基因頻率;發(fā)旋在兩性中分布存在極顯著差異(P0.01)。貴州苗族5對性狀中,慣用手與其他性狀間存在極顯著相關性,而其他4對性狀間不存在相關性(P0.05);貴州苗族5項遺傳性狀的基因頻率與國內(nèi)其他地區(qū)漢族和少數(shù)民族存在差異,貴州苗族具有獨特遺傳性狀特征。
[Abstract]:The genetic frequency of 5 genetic traits in the ear lobe of 111 Guizhou Miao people (54 males and 57 females) was investigated. The frequency of the recessive gene in the ear lobe of the Guizhou Miao population was higher than the dominant gene frequency in the Guizhou Miao population. There were significant differences in the distribution of hair and rotation in the sexes (P0.01). Among the 5 pairs of characters in Guizhou Miao, the habitual hand and other traits were used. There is a very significant correlation between the other 4 traits (P0.05), and the genetic frequency of 5 genetic traits in Guizhou Miao is different from that of the Han and minority nationalities in other regions of China, and the Miao Nationality in Guizhou has unique characteristics of genetic traits.
