P53信號蛋白動力學(xué)研究進展

【摘要】:長期以來,人們對生物信號蛋白的研究一直停留在對其信號通路,即信號蛋白與其上下游因子構(gòu)成的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)這一層面。信號蛋白動力學(xué)的出現(xiàn)標(biāo)志著人類對信號分子的認(rèn)識達到了一個新的層次,使得人們對信號網(wǎng)絡(luò)的認(rèn)知實現(xiàn)從"靜態(tài)"到"動態(tài)"的飛躍。作為重要的細(xì)胞命運決策者,P53蛋白的動力學(xué)行為是近年來分子生物學(xué)及系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究的熱點。本文綜述了P53蛋白動力學(xué)行為的最新研究成果,分析了構(gòu)成P53動力學(xué)行為的分子結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)及其對應(yīng)的生物學(xué)功能,提出了P53蛋白動力學(xué)的深入研究方向。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the study of biological signal protein has been focused on the signal pathway, that is, the network structure of signal protein and its upstream and downstream factors. The emergence of signal protein dynamics marks a new level of human understanding of signal molecules, which makes people realize the leap from "static" to "dynamic" in the cognition of signal networks. As an important decision maker of cell fate, the kinetic behavior of p53 protein has been a hot topic in molecular biology and systems biology in recent years. In this paper, the latest research achievements on the kinetic behavior of p53 protein are reviewed. The molecular structure and corresponding biological functions of p53 protein kinetic behavior are analyzed, and the further research direction of p53 protein kinetics is put forward.
