P53信號(hào)蛋白動(dòng)力學(xué)研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),人們對(duì)生物信號(hào)蛋白的研究一直停留在對(duì)其信號(hào)通路,即信號(hào)蛋白與其上下游因子構(gòu)成的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)這一層面。信號(hào)蛋白動(dòng)力學(xué)的出現(xiàn)標(biāo)志著人類對(duì)信號(hào)分子的認(rèn)識(shí)達(dá)到了一個(gè)新的層次,使得人們對(duì)信號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的認(rèn)知實(shí)現(xiàn)從"靜態(tài)"到"動(dòng)態(tài)"的飛躍。作為重要的細(xì)胞命運(yùn)決策者,P53蛋白的動(dòng)力學(xué)行為是近年來(lái)分子生物學(xué)及系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn)。本文綜述了P53蛋白動(dòng)力學(xué)行為的最新研究成果,分析了構(gòu)成P53動(dòng)力學(xué)行為的分子結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)及其對(duì)應(yīng)的生物學(xué)功能,提出了P53蛋白動(dòng)力學(xué)的深入研究方向。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the study of biological signal protein has been focused on the signal pathway, that is, the network structure of signal protein and its upstream and downstream factors. The emergence of signal protein dynamics marks a new level of human understanding of signal molecules, which makes people realize the leap from "static" to "dynamic" in the cognition of signal networks. As an important decision maker of cell fate, the kinetic behavior of p53 protein has been a hot topic in molecular biology and systems biology in recent years. In this paper, the latest research achievements on the kinetic behavior of p53 protein are reviewed. The molecular structure and corresponding biological functions of p53 protein kinetic behavior are analyzed, and the further research direction of p53 protein kinetics is put forward.
