精神病醫(yī)生職業(yè)倦怠與自我效能感的相關研究

【摘要】:本研究對四川省精神病醫(yī)生的職業(yè)倦怠與自我效能感進行相關性研究,研究四川省精神病醫(yī)生職業(yè)倦怠的基本狀況,自我效能感的基本狀況,職業(yè)倦怠與自我效能感的關系,自我效能感和職業(yè)倦怠的回歸關系,并在此基礎上提出相關的意見和建議,以幫助改善精神病醫(yī)生的職業(yè)倦怠的狀況,提高工作效率和工作滿意度,維護精神病醫(yī)生的身心健康。 選取四川省的6所精神病院,共對300名精神病醫(yī)生進行調(diào)查,問卷集中發(fā)放,最后統(tǒng)一收回。應用一般狀況調(diào)查表,李超平修訂的職業(yè)倦怠量表和王康才修訂的一般自我效能感量表。結果經(jīng)SPPSS17.0統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)包進行統(tǒng)計分析,運用了描述統(tǒng)計分析、相關的分析方法、回歸分析法。 本研究首先探討分析職業(yè)倦怠的定義、職業(yè)倦怠的前因變量和后因變量、職業(yè)倦怠的形成機制的理論、職業(yè)倦怠的測量,從而明確目前職業(yè)倦怠研究中的不足和未來的研究方向;其次,探討分析自我效能感的定義、特征維度、影響因素、主體機制的作用;最后,研究精神病醫(yī)生職業(yè)倦怠狀況水平、職業(yè)倦怠在人口變量學上的差異,精神病醫(yī)生自我效能感狀況水平、自我效能感在人口變量學上的差異,精神病醫(yī)生職業(yè)倦怠和自我效能感的相關性。 本研究結果顯示:精神病醫(yī)生職業(yè)倦怠的總體情況,處于中度倦怠,其突出表現(xiàn)在情感衰竭維度上;精神病醫(yī)生職業(yè)倦怠人口變量學特征,精神病醫(yī)生的職業(yè)倦怠在不同性別和不同婚姻狀況上不存在顯著差異,而在不同興趣、不同收入水平、不同工作年限和不同職稱存在顯著差異。興趣一般或者沒有興趣的精神病醫(yī)生容易出現(xiàn)情感衰竭,工資水平低于2000元的精神病醫(yī)生容易出現(xiàn)情感衰竭和低成就感,工作年限大于8年的精神病醫(yī)生成就感高,試用期醫(yī)師、住院醫(yī)師和主治醫(yī)師更容易出現(xiàn)情感衰竭;精神病醫(yī)生自我效能感的總體情況,在與自我效能感的成人常模(t=2.86)比較中,目前精神病醫(yī)生的自我效能感偏低;精神病醫(yī)生的自我效能感人口變量學特征,精神病醫(yī)生的自我效能在人口變量學上沒有顯著差異;精神病醫(yī)生職業(yè)倦怠與自我效能感的相關性,精神病醫(yī)生的職業(yè)倦怠與自我效能感存在顯著相關,說明高自我效能感能預防職業(yè)倦;精神病醫(yī)生職業(yè)倦怠與自我效能感的回歸分析,精神病醫(yī)生的自我效能感對職業(yè)倦怠具有預測作用。 研究結論:被調(diào)查的精神病醫(yī)生自我效能感比成人常模低,具有統(tǒng)計學意義;被調(diào)查的精神病醫(yī)生群體職業(yè)倦怠處于中度,職業(yè)倦怠的平均分為2.84,根據(jù)IvanceviehMatteson(1998)的觀點,在七級評分時,是處于2-4平均分之間;性別、婚姻、學歷與職業(yè)倦怠無明顯相關;興趣、工作年限、職稱、工資收入與職業(yè)倦怠有顯著性相關。濃厚興趣的精神病醫(yī)生職業(yè)倦怠低;工作年限大于8年的精神病醫(yī)生個人成就感高,工資收入小于3100元的精神病醫(yī)生情感衰竭和個人成就感低;試用期醫(yī)師、住院醫(yī)師、主治醫(yī)師更容易出現(xiàn)情感衰竭;精神病醫(yī)生的自我效能感與職業(yè)倦怠的情感衰竭、玩世不恭、個人成就感這個三維度上存在明顯負相關;精神病醫(yī)生的自我效能感對職業(yè)倦怠的貢獻率為13.2%,具有正向預測作用。
[Abstract]:This study has studied the correlation between occupational burnout and self-efficacy in Sichuan psychiatrist, and studied the basic status of occupational burnout in Sichuan psychiatrist, the basic status of self-efficacy, the relationship between job burnout and self-efficacy, the relationship between self efficacy and professional tiredness, and on this basis put forward the related factors. Suggestions and suggestions to help improve the job burnout of psychiatrists, improve work efficiency and job satisfaction, and maintain the physical and mental health of psychiatrists.
6 psychiatric hospitals in Sichuan province were selected and 300 psychiatrist were investigated. The questionnaire was distributed and finally recovered. The general situation questionnaire, Li Chaoping revised job burnout scale and Wang Kangcai's revised general self-efficacy scale were used. The results were statistically analyzed by the SPPSS17.0 data package, and the descriptive statistics were used. Analysis, related analysis method, regression analysis method.
This study first explores the definition of job burnout, the antecedent and subsequent factors of job burnout, the theory of the formation mechanism of job burnout, the measurement of job burnout, so as to clarify the deficiencies in the study of job burnout and the future research direction. Secondly, the definition, characteristic dimension, influencing factors and main factors of the sense of self-efficacy are discussed and analyzed. In the end, the level of psychiatrists' job burnout, the difference in job burnout in the population variable, the level of psychiatrists' self-efficacy, the difference of self efficacy in population variables, the correlation between the psychiatrists' Job Burnout and the sense of self-efficacy.
The results of this study showed that the overall situation of the psychiatrists' job burnout was in the moderate burnout, which was manifested in the emotional exhaustion dimension; the psychiatrists' job burnout demographic characteristics, the psychiatrists' occupational burnout did not differ significantly in different sexes and different marital status, but in different interests and income. There were significant differences in levels, different working years and different titles. Psychiatrists who were interested in or without interest were prone to emotional exhaustion, and psychiatrists who were less than 2000 yuan were prone to emotional exhaustion and low accomplishment, and a high sense of achievement for psychiatric doctors with years of work for more than 8 years, probationary physicians, resident physicians and The chief physician is more prone to emotional exhaustion; the overall situation of the psychiatrists' sense of self-efficacy, in comparison with the adult norm of self-efficacy (t=2.86), is at the low level of the psychiatrists' self-efficacy; the psychiatrists' self efficacy population variables, and the psychiatrists' self efficacy are not in the population variable. There were significant differences; the correlation between psychiatrists' Job Burnout and self-efficacy, the psychiatrists' Job Burnout and self-efficacy were significantly correlated, indicating that high self efficacy could prevent burnout, psychiatrists' Job Burnout and self-efficacy, and psychiatrists' self efficacy to professional weariness. Slack has a predictive role.
The study concluded that the psychiatrists' sense of self-efficacy was lower and statistically significant than the adult norm; the average occupational burnout of the psychiatrists surveyed was moderate, and the average job burnout was 2.84. According to the IvanceviehMatteson (1998) point of view, at the level of grade seven, it was between the 2-4 average scores; sex, marriage, education. There was no significant correlation with job burnout; interest, working life, job title, salary income had a significant correlation with job burnout. The psychiatrists who were interested in the psychiatrists had low job burnout; the psychiatrists who worked for more than 8 years had a high sense of personal achievement, and the psychiatrists who were paid less than 3100 yuan were lower in emotional exhaustion and personal achievement; probation. Doctors, residents and physicians are more likely to have emotional exhaustion; the psychiatrists' sense of self efficacy has a significant negative correlation with the emotional exhaustion of job burnout, cynicism and personal accomplishment, and the contribution rate of the psychiatrists' self efficacy to job burnout is 13.2%, and it has a positive predictive effect.
