【摘要】：目的： 了解歐陽海灌渠移民的心理健康狀況，探索后靠移民的心理健康的主要問題，探討其影響因素，為今后采取針對性的干預(yù)措施，為移民部門制定相關(guān)政策提供依據(jù)。 方法： 先采用整群隨機抽樣的方法，各調(diào)查地區(qū)各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)隨機抽取有移民遷入的行政村作為初級抽樣單位，然后在選中的村中隨機抽取若干村中符合條件的歐陽海灌渠移民和當?shù)鼐用窀?60例，采用一般情況及影響因素問卷和SCL-90量表及社會支持量表三種量表進行調(diào)查，調(diào)查歐陽海灌渠移民心理障礙的現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素。 結(jié)果： 1.歐陽海灌渠移民的心理健康狀況按照具有1項或1項以上的因子均分≥3分進行陽性篩選，當?shù)鼐用裥睦碚系K陽性檢出率為6.88%；移民心理障礙陽性檢出率為14.38%，二者差異有顯著性（P0.05）。按照總分超過160分進行陽性篩選，當?shù)鼐用裥睦碚系K陽性檢出率為6.25%；移民心理障礙陽性檢出率為13.12%，二者差異也有顯著性（P0.05）。移民的各因子得分及總均分都高于當?shù)鼐用瘢≒0.05）。移民在移民前的社會支持各維度得分及支持總分與當?shù)鼐用竦臒o差異（P0.05），移民后的社會支持各維度得分及支持總分均低于移民前的社會支持度的得分（P0.05），也低于當?shù)鼐用竦纳鐣С指骶S度得分及支持總分（P0.05）。 2.歐陽海灌渠移民心理健康的影響因素簡單相關(guān)分析及Logsistic分析顯示：性別、年齡、經(jīng)濟狀況、患病狀況、客觀支持、主觀支持、對支持的利用度等因素均影響移民的心理健康（P0.05）。女性移民的心理狀況較男性移民差；中年移民的心理狀況較青年和老年移民差；文化程度越低，SCL-90各因子得分越高（P0.05），移民的心理健康狀況越差；非務(wù)農(nóng)移民的心理障礙明顯高于務(wù)農(nóng)移民；家庭收入低的移民SCL-90各因子得分較家庭收入高的移民高（P0.05），社會支持與移民的心理健康呈正相關(guān)，社會支持越好，移民的心理障礙問題越少。 結(jié)論： 1.歐陽海灌渠移民較地居民的心理健康狀況差，利用SCL-90量表檢測，任一因子均分≥3的移民占14.38%，總分≥160分的移民占13.12%，這些移民可能需要進一步進行心理健康檢測。 2.歐陽海灌渠移民心理健康狀況與其年齡、性別、文化程度、職業(yè)、家庭經(jīng)濟收入患病與否及社會支持有關(guān)，心理障礙檢出率：35～55歲高于35歲以下56歲以上，女性高于男性，小學及以下文化程度高于初中及以上文化程度，非務(wù)農(nóng)高于務(wù)農(nóng)移民，家庭收入≤6000元的移民高于家庭收入＞6000元的移民。
[Abstract]:Objective: To understand the mental health status of Ouyang Hai irrigation canal immigrants, to explore the main problems of psychological health of immigrants after exploration, to explore its influencing factors, to provide the basis for the relevant policies to be taken in the future.
