【摘要】：正在內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)下,女性子宮內(nèi)膜發(fā)生有規(guī)律的周期性脫落并伴有出血的現(xiàn)象稱為月經(jīng)。月經(jīng)的出現(xiàn)標(biāo)志著女性性功能趨于成熟,女性第一次月經(jīng)來臨被稱為初潮~([1])。月經(jīng)初潮被稱為女性發(fā)育過程中的"里程碑"~([2])。月經(jīng)初潮多數(shù)發(fā)生在夏天,初潮的年齡大約在11~18歲,多數(shù)在12~14歲間來潮,各地報道城市和農(nóng)村女生平均初潮年齡略有不同~([1])。歐美發(fā)達(dá)國家的女生平均初潮年齡較早,發(fā)展中國家和
[Abstract]:Under the regulation of the endocrine system, a woman's endometrium is periodically shedding and bleeding, known as menstruation. The appearance of menstruation indicates that the female sexual function tends to mature, and the first menstrual period is called menarche. Menarche is known as a "milestone" in women's development. Menarche occurs mostly in summer, the age of menarche is about 11 ~ 18 years old, and most of them come from 12 to 14 years old. It is reported that the average menarche age of girls in urban and rural areas is slightly different ([1]). The average menarche age of girls in the developed countries of Europe and the United States is earlier.
