【摘要】：藥物減毒子孢子疫苗是目前公認(rèn)的瘧疾紅外期有效疫苗之一。目前對(duì)于該疫苗的研究工作仍然停留于實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究階段,對(duì)該疫苗的作用機(jī)制的研究不僅有助于深入了解紅外期瘧原蟲與宿主的相互作用機(jī)制,也對(duì)有效紅外期瘧疾疫苗的設(shè)計(jì)具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。本文僅就藥物減毒子孢子疫苗的研究歷史以及現(xiàn)狀做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Drug attenuated sporozoite vaccine is currently recognized as one of the effective vaccines in infrared stage of malaria. At present, the research work on the vaccine is still in the laboratory stage. The study of the mechanism of the vaccine is not only helpful to understand the interaction mechanism of the infrared stage Plasmodium parasite with the host. It also has important guiding significance for the design of effective infrared malaria vaccine. This article reviews the history and present situation of drug attenuated sporozoite vaccine.
