【摘要】：正答:采集大鼠腦脊液可參考的方法有經(jīng)皮穿刺延髓池抽取腦脊液法、直視下劃破硬脊膜抽取腦脊液法和直視下微量進樣器經(jīng)硬脊膜穿刺抽取腦脊液法。方法一,是在非直視下操作,故要求操作者熟悉大鼠頭頸部解剖結(jié)構(gòu),精確掌握進針點、角度與深度,并根據(jù)個體差異調(diào)整手法。方法二,簡單方便,對操作者技術(shù)要求低,但是割破硬脊膜易造成腦脊液流失和少量的血污染,因此采集量以及采集效率會受影響。方法三,
[Abstract]:Answer: is method to collect the cerebrospinal fluid in rats with reference to percutaneous cistern cerebrospinal fluid extraction method, direct cut dural extraction method and cerebrospinal fluid directly microsyringe after dural puncture cerebrospinal fluid extraction method. A method that is operating in a non open, so the requirements of operation who are familiar with the rat head the anatomical structure of the neck, an accurate grasp of the needle point, angle and depth, and according to the individual difference adjustment technique.
