具有莢膜的白假絲酵母菌蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)分析

【摘要】:目的:研究從淋病患者陰道分泌物中分離鑒定的具有莢膜的白假絲酵母菌蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)特征。方法:采用二維凝膠電泳(2-DE)技術(shù)分離從淋病患者陰道分泌物中分離鑒定的具有莢膜的白假絲酵母菌(C1-4)和無莢膜的白假絲酵母菌(ATCC14053)的菌體蛋白質(zhì),用Image Master 2D platinum 7.0軟件識別差異蛋白點(diǎn),MALDI-TOFMS鑒定差異蛋白。結(jié)果:C1-4與ATCC14053相比,顯著差異表達(dá)蛋白點(diǎn)232個,其中180種蛋白表達(dá)明顯上調(diào),52種蛋白表達(dá)明顯下調(diào),質(zhì)譜鑒定了32差異蛋白質(zhì)點(diǎn),8個得到鑒定,均在C1-4菌株顯著表達(dá)。結(jié)論:具有莢膜的白假絲酵母菌與無莢膜的白假絲酵母菌菌株相比,蛋白質(zhì)表達(dá)存在明顯差異。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the proteomic characteristics of Candida albicans isolated from vaginal secretions of gonorrhea patients.Methods: the proteins of Candida albicans C1-4 with capsule and ATCC14053 without capsule were isolated from vaginal secretions of gonorrhea patients by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DEE) technique.Differential proteins were identified by Image Master 2D platinum 7.0 software and MALDI-TOFMS.Results compared with ATCC14053, there were 232 differentially expressed protein spots in 1: C1-4, of which 180 proteins were up-regulated and 52 proteins were down-regulated. Mass spectrometry identified 32 differentially expressed protein spots, 8 of which were identified, all of which were significantly expressed in C1-4 strain.Conclusion: the protein expression of Candida albicans with capsule was significantly different from that of C. albicans without capsule.
