【摘要】：目的了解性別比例失衡班級(jí)大學(xué)生自殺意念的特點(diǎn),為大學(xué)生的危機(jī)干預(yù)提供理論參考。方法在江西省4所地方性本科院校的二年級(jí)學(xué)生中,采用目的性抽樣法,整群隨機(jī)選取符合研究要求的1 439名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,比較性別比例失衡班級(jí)與性別比例平衡班級(jí)大學(xué)生的自殺意念發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果男多女少班級(jí)、女多男少班級(jí)大學(xué)生的自殺意念得分及檢出率均高于性別平衡班級(jí)大學(xué)生(P值均0.01),而男多女少班級(jí)與女多男少班級(jí)大學(xué)生的自殺意念得分及檢出率的差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05);男多女少班級(jí)中男生的自殺意念得分及檢出率均高于性別平衡班級(jí)(P值均0.01),而性別平衡班級(jí)中男生的自殺意念得分及檢出率均高于女多男少班級(jí)(P值均0.01);男多女少班級(jí)、女多男少班級(jí)中女生的自殺意念得分及檢出率均高于性別平衡班級(jí)(P值均0.05),而男多女少班級(jí)與女多男少班級(jí)中女生的自殺意念得分及檢出率差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05);男多女少班級(jí)、性別平衡班級(jí)中,男女生自殺意念得分及檢出率的差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05);在女多男少班級(jí)中,女生的自殺意念得分及檢出率均高于男生(P值均0.01)。結(jié)論性別比例失衡班級(jí)大學(xué)生的自殺意念嚴(yán)重于性別比例平衡班級(jí)的大學(xué)生,而且性別比例失衡的班級(jí)環(huán)境對(duì)男女生的自殺意念有著不一樣的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the characteristics of suicidal ideation in class students with gender imbalance and to provide theoretical reference for the crisis intervention of college students.Methods A total of 1 439 college students who met the requirements of the study were randomly selected from 4 local colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province by means of purposive sampling.To compare the incidence of suicidal ideation between class and class.Results there were more boys than girls in classes,The scores and detection rate of suicidal ideation of female students with more than boys and children with less classes were higher than those of students with gender balance class (P = 0.01), while there was no difference in the score and detection rate of suicide ideation between male students with more than girls classes and girls with less classes than with girls with less classes.The score and detection rate of suicidal ideation of boys in male, female and young classes were higher than those of gender balanced classes (P = 0.01), while the scores and detection rate of boys' suicidal ideation in gender-balanced classes were higher than those in female, male and young classes.Class P value was 0.01g, male class was more than female class,The score and detection rate of suicidal ideation of female students were higher than that of gender balanced classes (P = 0.05), while there was no significant difference in the scores and detection rates of suicidal ideation between boys, girls and girls.P values were 0.05, male, more than female, less,There was no significant difference in the score and detection rate of suicidal ideation between male and female students in the gender balanced class (P = 0.05), and the score and detection rate of suicide ideation of female students were higher than those of boys (P = 0.01).Conclusion the suicidal ideation of the students in the class of gender imbalance is more serious than that of the students in the class of balanced sex ratio, and the class environment of the imbalance of sex ratio has different influence on the suicidal ideation of male and female students.
