【摘要】：正筆者在解剖一具成年男性上肢時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)其雙側(cè)肌皮神經(jīng)及正中神經(jīng)在臂部存在多處變異。經(jīng)查閱有關(guān)文獻(xiàn),雙側(cè)變異同時(shí)存在未見(jiàn)報(bào)道,為積累解剖學(xué)資料并為臨床工作提供形態(tài)學(xué)依據(jù),現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下:左側(cè)臂叢三干合成正常,但臂叢的內(nèi)側(cè)束既夾持腋動(dòng)脈也夾持腋靜脈,由內(nèi)側(cè)向外側(cè)依次為內(nèi)側(cè)束,腋靜脈,腋動(dòng)脈,外側(cè)束;內(nèi)側(cè)束發(fā)出的各神經(jīng)正
[Abstract]:When dissecting an adult male upper limb, the authors found that there were several variations in the bilateral musculocutaneous nerve and median nerve in the arm.According to the related literature, there is no report of bilateral variation at the same time. It is reported as follows: the third trunk of the left brachial plexus is synthesized normally for the purpose of accumulating anatomical data and providing morphological basis for clinical work.However, the medial bundle of the brachial plexus holds both the axillary artery and the axillary vein, and from medial to lateral is the medial bundle, axillary vein, axillary artery and lateral bundle, and the nerves from the medial bundle are positive.
