【摘要】：幽門(mén)螺桿菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)在胃內(nèi)定植及其相關(guān)致病作用的發(fā)現(xiàn)是現(xiàn)代胃腸病學(xué)一個(gè)重要的里程碑.近30年的研究表明,許多上消化道疾病,如慢性胃炎、消化性潰瘍、胃癌和胃黏膜相關(guān)淋巴組織淋巴瘤的自然史都與這種細(xì)菌的存在有關(guān).此外,H.pylori常參與一些胃外疾病致病過(guò)程,特別是那些以持續(xù)性、低度系統(tǒng)性炎癥為特征的疾病.其可能機(jī)制為低等級(jí)炎癥狀態(tài)的誘導(dǎo)和分子模擬機(jī)制等.本文就H.pylori感染與胃外疾病,如自身免疫性疾病、腫瘤性疾病、心血管疾病及其他相關(guān)疾病之間的關(guān)系,及可能的機(jī)制作一簡(jiǎn)單綜述.
[Abstract]:The discovery of Helicobacter pylori H. pylori in gastric colonization and its associated pathogenicity is an important milestone in modern gastroenterology.Recent 30 years of research have shown that natural history of many upper gastrointestinal diseases, such as chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric cancer and gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma, is associated with the presence of this bacterium.In addition, H.pylori is often involved in the pathogenesis of extragastric diseases, especially those characterized by persistent, low-grade systemic inflammation.The possible mechanisms are the induction of low grade inflammatory state and the mechanism of molecular simulation.The relationship between H.pylori infection and extragastric diseases, such as autoimmune diseases, tumor diseases, cardiovascular diseases and other related diseases, and its possible mechanism are reviewed in this paper.
