秀麗隱桿線蟲在抗衰老領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:秀麗隱桿線蟲(Caenorhabditis elegans)是抗衰老研究中重要的模式生物之一,被廣泛應(yīng)用于抗衰老物質(zhì)的篩選和抗衰老分子機(jī)制的研究中。本文回顧了近年來秀麗隱桿線蟲在抗衰老領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)展,介紹了抗衰老物質(zhì)的篩選情況,系統(tǒng)綜述了作為抗衰老物質(zhì)篩選評價的生理指標(biāo)和反映抗衰老機(jī)制的生化指標(biāo)包括壽命、生存率、生存時間、ROS含量、脂褐質(zhì)積累以及daf-16,sod-3,gst-4,hsps基因調(diào)控情況等,指出了研究中存在的問題,展望了秀麗隱桿線蟲在抗衰老研究中的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Caenorhabditis eleanss (Caenorhabditis eleanss) is one of the most important model organisms in the study of anti-aging, and has been widely used in the screening of anti-aging substances and the study of anti-aging molecular mechanism.In this paper, the research progress of the application of Rhizoma elegans in the field of anti-aging in recent years was reviewed, and the screening of anti-aging substances was introduced.The physiological indexes, including life span, survival rate, Ros content, lipofuscin accumulation and the regulation of daf-16 sod-3gst-4hsps gene, were systematically reviewed as the physiological indexes for screening and evaluation of anti-aging substances and the biochemical indexes reflecting the anti-aging mechanism, such as life span, survival rate, Ros content, lipofuscin accumulation and daf-16 sod-3gst-4hsps gene regulation.The problems existed in the research were pointed out, and the application prospect of Steenostrongylus elegans in anti-aging research was prospected.
