本文選題：足三里穴　切入點(diǎn)：手針針刺　出處：《遼寧中醫(yī)雜志》2016年12期

【摘要】：目的:建立可靠、穩(wěn)定的手針針刺鎮(zhèn)痛效應(yīng)平臺(tái)。方法:選擇佐劑性關(guān)節(jié)炎疼痛模型為研究平臺(tái),先后以2種不同濃度的造模藥物以及3種手針針刺刺激參數(shù)開展了研究。結(jié)果:采用低濃度佐劑(含結(jié)核桿菌濃度為1 mg/m L)造模后24 h大鼠致炎側(cè)足底痛閾明顯下降,并且可持續(xù)到觀察周期結(jié)束(造模后21 d);高濃度佐劑(10 mg/m L)造模后24 h大鼠致炎側(cè)足底痛閾亦明顯下降,但在造模后容易出現(xiàn)足底潰瘍等不良反應(yīng),影響指標(biāo)的監(jiān)測(cè)。針刺單側(cè)足三里穴,未見明顯的鎮(zhèn)痛效應(yīng);針刺雙側(cè)足三里穴,留針30 min(其間每隔5 min行捻轉(zhuǎn)手法,平補(bǔ)平瀉,180次/min,持續(xù)2min)可有效抑制佐劑性關(guān)節(jié)炎大鼠的疼痛癥狀。結(jié)論:采用低濃度佐劑造模,手針針刺雙側(cè)足三里穴可有效建立針刺治療佐劑性關(guān)節(jié)炎疼痛模型效應(yīng)平臺(tái)。在此效應(yīng)平臺(tái)的建立過程中,存在多種影響因素,主要包括實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物、造模藥物濃度、針刺干預(yù)參數(shù)、效應(yīng)指標(biāo)等因素,在具體研究過程中,應(yīng)當(dāng)綜合考慮這些因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a reliable and stable platform for acupuncture analgesia.Methods: the pain model of adjuvant arthritis was selected as the research platform. Two kinds of different concentrations of model drugs and three kinds of acupuncture stimulation parameters were used.Results: the pain threshold in the plantar of the inflammatory side of rats was significantly decreased 24 h after the use of low concentration adjuvant (including 1 mg/m / L of Mycobacterium tuberculosis).The pain threshold of the inflammatory side of the plantar was also decreased 24 hours after the establishment of the model (21 days after modeling; 10 mg/m / L of high concentration adjuvant), but the adverse reactions such as plantar ulcer were easy to occur after modeling, which affected the monitoring of the indexes.Acupuncture at Zusanli point on one side had no obvious analgesic effect, and the pain symptoms of adjuvant arthritis rats could be effectively inhibited by acupuncture at bilateral Zusanli acupoint for 30 minutes (twirling every 5 min during twirling manipulation, pingBuping Xielong 180 times / min, lasting 2 min).Conclusion: using low concentration adjuvant to make model and acupuncture at bilateral Zusanli point can effectively establish the model platform of acupuncture for adjuvant arthritis pain.In the process of establishing this effect platform, there are many influencing factors, including experimental animals, drug concentration, acupuncture intervention parameters, effect index and so on. These factors should be considered comprehensively in the concrete research process.
